We are chemical manufacturers, and as such, we must be pioneers in environmental matters.
Our French factory manufactures more than 3 million aerosols every year.
The aerosol allows for precise dosing of the amount of product to be applied, and it allows for storage protected from air and light for years.
We control all of our liquid, gaseous or solid emissions.
As our industrial site is located on a former steelworks site, we undertook, with the help of the company ERM , the remediation of the soil and groundwater. Our factory was completely rebuilt in 1995 and is, in particular, entirely contained within a containment system.
We have a comprehensive waste reduction policy.
Our aerosols are made of either recyclable steel or recyclable aluminum.
All our electronic products comply with RoHS, the European directive which aims to limit the use of six hazardous substances.
We have a systematic approach to eliminating all CMR (Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, Toxic to Reproduction) raw materials from our formulas.
Our aerosols meet and comply with the various European Directives relating to our activity.
We feel extremely concerned about sustainable development, safety and environmental protection, so we take these three criteria into account when determining our investments and choosing our suppliers and subcontractors.
We manufacture all our products in France, Belgium, or Germany for the Jelt brand, and in England for the Rocol brand. We therefore have complete control over ensuring that our production adheres to our ethical standards, particularly regarding child labor.
Our ITW Group , listed on the New York Stock Exchange, has a strong environmental, ethical, and non-discriminatory policy regarding equal treatment for all in the workplace. It requires each subsidiary to strictly adhere to these values, and we at ITW Spraytec are pleased to do so!
