Fundamental Principles and Importance of Lubrication:
ROCOL offers certified training to all technical operators, improving their awareness of lubrication. Lubrication is a crucial element of an effective maintenance program, a point emphasized in the lessons. The training program can be integrated into your standard operating procedures. This involves hands-on learning, enhanced understanding, increased knowledge, and boosted confidence.
Flexible approach to working in partnership. Training
can be arranged at the ROCOL House Training Academy or at your site. Remote training facilities can also be installed. The training is tailored to various skill sets, e.g., apprentices, fitters, operators, etc. We adapt our training to complement employers’ existing training programs.
ROCOL Experience and Customer Commitment:
Training is delivered by professional and highly qualified ROCOL trainers . Advanced training is offered to all ROCOL Care customers. We also tailor individual programs to meet the specific requirements of all technical operators, ranging from “Essential Principles of Lubrication” courses to “Train the Trainer” courses.
Managing your lubricant inventory can be tricky, especially when dealing with food. That’s where our food-grade product management system comes in.
We offer a full range of solutions to help you and you can rely on our experience to ensure you have the best systems in place.
Most manufacturers are aware that they must use food-grade lubricants in areas where product contamination through lubricant use is possible.
What you may not know is that if you use non-food grade lubricants in a food processing facility, you must be able to prove that there is no risk of a non-food grade lubricant being used in a potentially contaminated area.
As market-leaders and experts we share our knowledge with our customers so we can support them with products, training, compliance and technical support.
